The Conference has a hold on rooms at the lowest price point, once all rooms have been reserved any remaining vacancies must be purchased through The EVEN Hotel at full price. When booking through The A1 Conference we will provide breakfast free of charge every morning at the hotel, round trip transportation to and from the EVEN Hotel to all conference buildings every 30 minutes, priority no wait check in.
